About the training location
in Seguin...
Directions: Interstate 10 East (from San Antonio,TX) to exit 610;
Take a right (South) on 123 Bypass toward Stockdale,TX; Take a right
at the third light (Walnut St); Continue down to the stop sign;
Seguin Family Institute will be across the street on your right.

workshop times and fees...
Early registration means registering and pre-paying at
least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled workshop date.

All-day workshops begin at 9:00AM, though check-in and any registration
paperwork that is necessary begins at 8:30AM. All-day workshops
end at 5:00PM. Half-day workshops end at noon. If there are two
(2) half-day workshops scheduled for the same day, the second workshop
begins at 1:00PM and ends at 4:00PM.
About the CEU's…
Seguin Family Institute has been approved by several entities
to offer continuing education and the associated continuing education
units "CEU's." Some of these entities include the Texas State Board
of Marriage & Family Therapists, Texas State Board of Licensed Professional
Counselors, and the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners. The
Council on Sex Offender Treatment (CSOT) only approves hours based upon
specific sex offender training within any workshop. This entity may
approve only a portion of a workshop as an approved sex offender workshop.
Please check with your appropriate board to determine requirements.
We maintain the specific approvals from several boards. Call for details.
About on-site trainings and
workshops...
The training workshops can be offered on location, providing
a very cost-effective way of training many employees or individuals
at one time. We can provide the equipment and all supplies, including
handouts. Call for details and specific fees.
About other trainings or workshops...
Over the years, we have developed workshops specifically for
various agencies and companies. Please let us know if you have a certain
topic or training workshop issue in mind that you would like for us
to prepare and present.
